These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Flammr (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility (18+ Only)

You must be at least 18 years old to use Flammr.

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally allowed to access adult-oriented content under the laws of your country.

Flammr includes romantic and “spicy” content and is intended strictly for adults.

2. Description of the Service

Flammr is a game app (“Truth or Dare”) designed for couples and friends. The App offers:

  • Free Soft category access
  • Premium Medium/Spicy access via in-app purchases
  • Local gameplay with no account system

3. No Medical or Professional Advice

Flammr is for entertainment only. It does not provide relationship therapy, psychological advice, medical advice, or professional counseling.

4. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for how you use the App.

By using Flammr, you agree:

  • To play consensually
  • To respect other players
  • Not to pressure anyone into uncomfortable actions
  • To stop immediately if someone refuses or feels unsafe

Flammr is not responsible for user behavior or consequences resulting from gameplay.

5. Content Disclaimer

The App may include flirtatious, suggestive, or adult-themed prompts. Some content may be embarrassing, romantic, or provocative depending on the selected category.

You agree that you use the App at your own discretion.

6. Premium Purchases and Subscriptions

6.1 Purchases

Flammr offers Premium access through:

  • Lifetime purchase (Non-Consumable)
  • Yearly subscription (Auto-renewable)

All payments are handled by Apple via the App Store.

6.2 Subscription Renewal

If you purchase a subscription, it renews automatically unless canceled through your Apple ID subscription settings.

6.3 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

6.4 Refunds

Refund requests must be made through Apple. Flammr cannot directly issue refunds.

7. Restore Purchases

If you change devices or reinstall the app, you may restore purchases using the “Restore Purchases” button.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in Flammr, including:

  • Text prompts
  • Design elements
  • UI components
  • Branding, name, logo

is owned by Flammr or its creators and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute the App content without permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer the app
  • Attempt to bypass premium access
  • Use the app for unlawful purposes
  • Use the app to harass, threaten, or humiliate others

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flammr and its creators are not liable for:

  • Any injury, emotional distress, relationship conflict, or disputes arising from gameplay
  • Loss of data stored locally
  • Loss of purchases due to Apple account issues
  • Any damages resulting from app usage

You use the App at your own risk.

11. App Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without guarantee of availability.

We are not obligated to provide future updates or maintain compatibility indefinitely.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms, where legally possible.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws depending on your country of residence. If required, disputes will be handled in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
