Flammr (“the App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and your choices when using Flammr.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Information

Flammr does not require an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.

1.2 Data Stored Locally

The App stores certain information only on your device using Apple’s local storage (UserDefaults). This may include:

  • Selected language (French/English)
  • Game preferences (mode, category)
  • Player names (Party Mode)
  • Scores and points
  • Premium purchase status (whether Premium is unlocked)
  • Session progress (e.g., used card tracking)

This data is stored locally and is not transmitted to any server.

1.3 Purchases

If you purchase Premium, the transaction is processed securely by Apple StoreKit. We do not receive your payment information (credit card details, Apple ID password, etc.).

We may receive purchase entitlement information from Apple (e.g., whether Premium is active) to unlock features.

1.4 Sharing

The App includes sharing features (Share Sheet / ShareLink). If you choose to share content, the information you share is sent through the app/service you choose (Messages, Instagram, etc.). Flammr does not control how third-party services handle your shared content.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Flammr does not collect or track:

  • Precise location
  • Contacts
  • Photos
  • Microphone data
  • Advertising identifiers
  • Browsing activity
  • Analytics identifiers (unless later added in future updates)

3. How We Use Your Information

Since Flammr does not collect personal data, local device data is only used to:

  • Run the game properly (scores, turns, category selection)
  • Remember language preferences
  • Maintain Premium access after purchase

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or third parties.

The only third-party interaction is through:

  • Apple StoreKit (for purchases and subscriptions)
  • Apple services required for App Store distribution

5. Data Retention

All gameplay data is stored locally on your device and remains there unless:

  • You delete the app
  • You reset your device
  • You manually clear device data

Deleting the app will generally remove locally stored data.

6. Children’s Privacy (18+)

Flammr is intended for adults only (18+) and may contain romantic, suggestive, or explicit “spicy” content.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has used the App or provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

7. Security

We use Apple’s standard iOS security mechanisms. Since data is stored locally and not transmitted, the privacy risk is minimal. However, no system is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You can:

  • Stop using the app at any time
  • Delete the app to remove all stored local data
  • Manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
